Everything from one room
to the whole house.
Whether you are updating a kitchen or rebuilding from the studs, Alderwood plans, manages and builds it with one accountable team.

Every project gets the same three things: a written scope, a real schedule and one person who answers the phone.

The size of the job changes. How we run it does not. From a single bathroom to a full home renovation or an ongoing maintenance plan, you know what is included, when it happens and who to call.

How pricing works
Clear numbers, however you prefer to work.
Every project is priced in writing before work begins. The structure depends on how defined the scope is.

Thank you.
Your enquiry is with the Alderwood team and we will be in touch soon. If it is urgent, call us on 604-360-0337.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in North Vancouver and work across the North Shore and Metro Vancouver. If you are outside that area, send us the details and we will let you know.
How do I get a quote?
Send us a few details through the form or call us. We will book a site visit, talk through what you have in mind and follow up with a written quote.
What should I have ready for the first visit?
Photos of the space, any drawings or inspiration you have saved, a rough budget range and your ideal timing. None of it is required, but it helps us make the first visit more useful.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. Where permits are required, we prepare and manage the applications and book the inspections as part of the project.
Which service is right for my project?
If you are changing one room or area, start with home or kitchen renovations. If the whole house is changing, full home renovations. If you have drawings for a build or addition, general contracting. Not sure? Send us the details and we will point you in the right direction.
Do you take on small jobs?
We take on projects of many sizes. For ongoing small repairs and maintenance, our property management service is usually the best fit.
